Pastors Benjamin & Felicia Jeter are the pastors of House of Refuge Worship Center. They are anointed to teach God's Word. They love God, their family and God's people.

  They have one son Joshua Jeter, a granddaughter Amiyah Foster, and twin sons Benjamin IV and Christopher Jeter. 

​

  House of Refuge has been established since 1994, during that time, the annual Good News March, the Summer Camp, the Summer Feeding Program, and the Learning Center have been successfully established serving the East End Community of Newport News.

  Pastors Benjamin and Felicia Jeter are members of Creflo Dollar Ministerial Association (CDMA) and the Covenant Pastors Association (CPA).
